Does sun loose energy?

According to a dear friend, it’s better to exercise in the mornings when the sun is coming up than in the evenings.

The reason apparently is that in the mornings, the sun gains energy when it is raising and in the evening it looses energy.

Any takers?

im not a science student but how can the moon gain energy… moonlight is the sun’s light being reflected… so the moon does not have any energy of its own….
pl correct me if im wrong!!!
wen u exercise in the morning u are burning fat… wen u exercise in the evening, wat u burn are the calories that u have put eating watever junk u have during the day….

the sun is always rising in some parat of the world. it sets on us and at the same time is rising elsewhere. so what does that mean? more energy or less energy? or what?

Your friends probably also believe a few breathing exercises will cure them of cancer.

    praty: ahem ;-)

Ashwini, I guess of whatever little I know, the total energy remains the same. When the sun is first coming into view, the intensity may be a little less but I believe the energy is the same.

Anangbhai, Cancer but most importantly, boredom and monotony. Once these are cured, then we shall spread sunshine!

I have an eye for spelling mistakes. Even I’m angry at not having picked that up.
